How secure do you ship the banknotes?
All the banknotes will be protected by Mylar cover. Additionally, it will be covered with cardboard, which will be able to sustain certain level of pressure and bending which could happen during shipping transition. Singapore Post, the quality shipper we choose will ensure the parcel is safe, secure and in good shape when deliver the parcel

I am not satisfied with the banknote, can I return them?
YES. Banknotes&You has a 7-Days return policy to guarentee customers 100% satisfaction. If customer is not satisfied with the banknote they received, they can contact us and return the banknote within 7-Days upon receiving. Full refund will be provided once the product is returned safely to us with the same condition when it was sent out.

How do I make payment for the banknote I want to purchase?
The easiest payment method is to use Paypal which is available at checkout when placing an order. However, if you are residing in Singapore or Australia, you can choose to pay through Cash/Direct Bank Deposit/PayNow/PayLah in Singapore dollar and Australia dollar.
